Shipping Policy

Made to order

Every Hazelmoor print is produced individually after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means less waste — and it means each order needs a little production time before it ships.

Production time

Prints are produced within 2–4 business days of your order. Framed pieces may take slightly longer than unframed posters.

Delivery time

Once produced, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days within the United States. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 5–11 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, and weather can add time.

Where we print

We work with a global network of print partners and produce each order at the facility closest to you. This keeps shipping distances short and delivery fast.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned or disposed of by the carrier, we're unable to cover the cost of a replacement — though we're always happy to help you place a new order.

Unclaimed parcels

If a parcel goes unclaimed and is returned to sender, please get in touch and we'll help you sort out a reorder.
